How It Works:

• Purchase any paint by numbers kit from our collection
• Create and share a video of your painting journey
• Receive a full refund plus $10 store credit

• There is no need to email us before hand if you would like to participate, just send us a video to hello@andpixie.com and our team will refund your order.

Video Requirements:

• Clear, well lit footage that shows your painting progress
• Stable camera positioning
• Good video quality, and modern phone's quality should be sufficient. We don't want pixelated videos!
• Audio optional, but if included should be clear and free from background noise
• Must include start (unpainted canvas), progress, and completed artwork
• Videos should be between 1 to 5 minutes long (timelapses welcome)

Important Notes:

• Videos must be your original content
• By submitting, you grant us permission to share your video on our website and social media
  
• If we choose not to use your video for poor quality, we will still refund your order value, however you won't be able to participate again in the future.
• Refunds and credits will be processed within 2 business days of video approval which happens within 24 hours.
